RESERVATION CONDITIONS
1. All stays must have a prior reservation with payment and deposit, along with the name and surnames, DNI, telephone and email of the person making the reservation, and the name and surnames of the companions.
2. The rest of the payment (tourist tax included) plus the deposit, will be made between 3 or 7 days before, depending on the season, by credit card.
3. Customers will receive an e-mail with a link to check-in and carry out all the steps described above and they will be informed of the time at which they can access their accommodation and how.
CANCELATION CONDITIONS
1. Cancellations with +15 days, the delivery will be returned on account or we will keep the amount for another stay (1 year).
2. Cancellations between 15 and 5 days, 90% of the delivery will be refunded on account or we will keep 100% for another stay (1 year).
3. Cancellations less than 5 days or during the stay, will not give right to any kind of refund.
HIGH SEASON CONDITIONS
From June 23 to September 24, Easter, Christmas holidays (from 12/23 to 1/11) bridges and holidays
1. Cancellations with +15 days, 90% of the delivery will be refunded on account or we will keep 100% for another stay (1 year).
2. Cancellations between 15 and 7 days, 90% of the delivery will be refunded on account, less €50 cancellation fees. Or, we keep 90% of the amount paid for another stay (1 year).
3. Cancellations less than 7 days or during the stay, will not give right to any refunds.
